Splendies - April 2014

Splendies is an intimates subscription service that sends three new underwear options per month. The cost is $12 with free US shipping and for an extra $2 per month you can opt not to receive thongs. Every subscriber will get a different set, and it's a great way to freshen up your underwear drawer while avoiding paying an arm and a leg or digging through nasty underwear bins in the shops. I've made a promise to myself (due to the already overwhelming volume of panties I own) to toss three old every time I get three new. Let's check out the goods:

My Splendies package came in a plain priority mail envelope. Not the most thrilling packaging, but I suppose it's more about the convenience of the service than the overall experience.

They were neatly folded together which I did appreciate.

I love these. Simple, chic, and a gorgeous cobalt blue.

Very cute and fun. Perfect for when I'm feeling a little more casual.

It's difficult to tell from the photo, but these are more of a bright orange-red than a traditional red. I love the detail in the lace.

Overall a great first experience with Splendies and I look forward to seeing what they send me in the future. It will be a fantastic way to get a whole new wardrobe of panties without the stress of shopping.
